Imperfectly Period

Continuing with posting old projects for Scribetober since my brushes are currently loaned out.

I kinda phoned this one in because life.

Rushing to catch up since yesterday was Thanksgiving.  The hole is because my bird felt like some seafood, apparently. This little guy pretty sums up my 2024.

Short on time today.  Didn't do yesterday's, cartouche, because I wasn't feeling it and had to start working on originals to be awarded on November 2nd.

Bit rushed so I can get to fight practice tonight.

The ink I tried was very watery.  Oh well.

Funky little demon

Not cleaned up yet and painter tape failed me, tearing the paper. Still, not bad for rushing to get it done after spending most of the day at archery practice.

I wasn't feeling it today and phoned it in.

I was too eager to share this one and didn't let it dry enough to erase the pencil before getting a photo.

Scribetober is a challenge to draw or paint something every day in October with a prompt each day.  The first is "gem." Most of us use cards about the size of a business card.
